- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded. 

Santa's Instructions: Simply place the Claus Couture Collection® elf clothing where your Scout Elf can see it, and she will put it on before the nightly flight to the North Pole.
