How to Pre-Order
To secure this piece for 2025, you are welcome to place a pre-order online (please read conditions below) or call the shop on (02) 9529 2512.
PLEASE NOTE: We MUST have our 2025 order finalised by mid February and so, to avoid disappointment, we are requesting PRE-ORDERS and additional wishlists by 19th February. After this date, items that we ordered, are still able to be Pre-Ordered, however we can not add anything additional to our order.
Lemax Circus Funhouse is a fun Sights and Sounds piece from the Carnival Village.
A circus tent with red and white striped canopy contains a whole host of fun for Lemax villagers! Cylinders with spiral graphics spin inside one of the upper level rooms, and the other room quakes and jostles the villagers around.
On the bottom level, a tunnel rotates with a villager inside whilst a boy and his mother walk away from the spiral slide.
This Lemax building is lit with bright lights and a soundtrack of fun circus music plays.
The whole family will love getting this piece out every year, and it may be enjoyed either as a standalone piece or as part of a Lemax Village collection.

- Estimated delivery between August - November 2025. Our Lemax delivery is always staggered over several weeks or even months depending on the size of our order and when the products arrive into Australia. We do our best to unpack and pick orders as quickly as we can, but sometimes this takes longer than expected. IF you are needing your order by a certain DATE, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.

- Postage: Due to the size of Lemax Buildings, 'flat rate' postage may not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
