- Please order all Pre-order items in a separate transaction to items that are currently in stock.

- Estimated delivery between August - November 2026. Our Lemax delivery is always staggered over several weeks or even months depending on the size of our order and when the products arrive into Australia. We do our best to unpack and pick orders as quickly as we can, but sometimes this takes longer than expected. IF you are needing your order by a certain DATE, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.

- Online Option: Please select your Pre-Order Payment Option – either by paying in Full or a deposit. This will guarantee your order. Your balance can be paid in person on pick up, throughout the year if you prefer or before we send to you over the phone on 02 9529 2512.

- Postage: Due to the size of Lemax Buildings, 'flat rate' postage may not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order. 

- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
