- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded and there will be a $25 cancellation fee (as per our Layby Conditions); the remaining money may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
