PLEASE NOTE: We MUST have our 2026 order finalised by 7th April, 2026.
To secure these pieces for 2026, we will require a 30% deposit to place any orders.
These item WILL ONLY BE ORDERED IF PRE-ORDERED.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please note that by placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Please order all Pre-order items in a separate transaction to items that are currently in stock.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that last year certain pieces were cancelled, delayed or arrived very close to Christmas. We will of course refund your money if items are CANCELLED however we will not refund money if item is delayed, so please keep this in mind before placing your order.
- Estimated delivery between October - December 2026. We have not been told an approx delivery date as yet and some delays are our of our control. Please do not place your order if changing delivery dates will cause you concern.
IF you are needing your order by a certain DATE, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.
- Online Option: Please select your Pre-Order Payment Option – either by paying in Full or a deposit. This will guarantee your order. Your balance can be paid in person on pick up, throughout the year if you prefer or before we send to you over the phone on 02 9529 2512.
- Postage: Due to the size of these items, 'flat rate' postage may not apply. Please contact us to get a postage quote if you would like to know this before you place your order.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will NOT be refunded; this amount however MAY be issued as a CREDIT note. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied PER ITEM. However, if the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
