Pre-Order Conditions

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

- Please note that by placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

- Please order all Pre-order items in a separate transaction to items that are currently in stock.

- Estimated delivery of Pre-Order items will be listed on each product. This is a guide given to us by our suppliers and aim to keep estimated arrival dates as current as possible, however these may change without notice. 

- You are welcome to check on any arrivals, otherwise, we will contact you when your item arrives.

- Online Option: Pre-order online requires a deposit or FULL payment to place your order. This will guarantee your order. If you prefer to only pay a deposit please contact us on 02 9529 2512 or send us an email at christmasmagic1@gmail.com

- Cancellations and Refunds: Should you choose to cancel your order - for any reason - monies paid will not be refunded; this amount may however be issued as a CREDIT note. If the item you have ordered for some reason does not arrive, your money will be refunded.
